Information For Athletes
*IMPORTANT NOTICE RE. SCRATCHED ENTRIES*
Athletes are to carefully plan and coordinate meet entries with their coach, and are expected to compete in all events they enter. The official wording
is as such:
"Athletes who fail to show up at a meet after they have been entered will be responsible for the cost of the entry or entries. Athletes/parents will be
invoiced for the cost of the entry or entries and will be expected to settle their financial obligation BEFORE the next meet. The exception to this would
be for a family bereavement."
This policy is being put in place to ensure the club's finances are appropriately managed. Coaches and the executive have had extensive discussions
about this. Please contact your coach, or an executive member, if you have any questions regarding this policy.

*TENTATIVE OUTOOR MEETS SCHEDULE*
This schedule is tentative, and may change. Athletes will not be eligible to compete at all meets. Coaches will speak to athletes about which
competitions they feel are appropriate. Athletes are expected to make their own arrangements for transportation, unless otherwise indicated. Click on
the Technical/Information Package links provided for information on meet schedules, driving directions, or waiver forms. Please ask your coach if you
have any questions.

MTA = Minor Track Association
AO Outdoor Junior/Senior Championships (Sudbury, Saturday, August 14 and Sunday, August 15) - Technical Package - This meet is the provincial
championships for athletes of Junior and Senior age.
